Ideal Candidate

• The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service.

  • 4-year degree with a preferred concentration in psychology, customer service, or business.
  • A combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
  • Be driven, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize the daily work flow.

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
• In addition, you need to be computer and technology savvy with intermediate knowledge of
   Microsoft products, CRM experience and consultative sales experience is a plus!

Opportunity Overview

• As an Executive Matchmaker you will manage all aspects of the clients account from daily communication to

  • selecting and present matches, coordinate dates an balance daily calls and emails.

• You must also be able to handle emotionally driven conversations with tact and courtesy.

Executive Matchmakers work Monday thru Friday only. Hours 9am-6pm and/or late shifts of 12pm-9pm.
Schedules are know in advance. No travel or weekends required.

Compensation & Benefits of Working for It’s Just Lunch

Base pay is $40,000 yr. with the opportunity for many monthly bonuses through client retention an
productivity.
• As a successful Executive Matchmaker has the potential to earn up to $60,000- $65,000 a year!
• Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off
and a match 401K.
• We will pay for you to become a Certified Life Coach!

Location

• This opportunity is in office only (NO REMOTE) that supports the current safety recommendations
   of the Federal Government during the current pandemic.
• Our Corporate Office is a beautiful, chic office space located in Miramar.

  • It’s a secure building with ample parking and many amenities nearby.

• A few blocks away from Pembroke Gardens Mall giving plenty of terrific places to eat and shop.
